Join us for a little yoga on the farm to start your weekend off refreshed. Bring a yoga mat and or towel/blanket, bug spray (farm life), water and sunscreen (if you feel the need). This is a “Donations Accepted” class as we want to support Rebecca in all she will be doing to support our health.

You may know Rebecca from her classes at Elevate Yoga and Wellness Studio in Havelock, Prana Yoga Healing Collective in New Bern, or Transcendent Wellness in New Bern.

Open Farm Saturday will begin at 9am so feel free to stay and enjoy the animals.
